slechte comminicatie!

I Wanted a device that is FDA cleared in the US because of my medical malpractice requirements and Winkonlaser met that need. They have been very helpful and responsive with my many questions and concerns. The device arrived well packed and on time. I would do business with them again. I am especially pleased that they offer a 3 year warranty, which I cannot find with other vendors. Their instructions are well written and also in video formats as well.
